Halloween!

This week we are celebrating Halloween. Our school is completely decorated, we have lot of ghosts, witches and pumpkins around us… but we are not afraid of them, because at Casa do Neno we are very brave! All children are dancing skeleton songs, and enjoying this typical English celebration. Do you want to see it? Here you are!

Charlie Chick goes to school!

Last week we read the book "Charlie Chick goes to school". In these photos, you can see the visit of Charlie teddy to school, and how children dressed up as this character with a bonnet. We really enjoyed this activity.

5 year old class

Learning the alphabet could be very entertaining if we are creative. During this week, we have learnt the letters and their sound through action games, songs, motor skills and magnetic letters. It was amazing!




4 year old class

3 year old class

Kids from 3 year old class have done a lot of activities in order to learn the basic vocabulary: numbers and colors. The activity we have liked the most has been an experiment with milk. Here you can see how children prepared the ingredients and finally, lots of colors appeared, fantastic!

2 year old class

We have enjoyed our first classes playing and dancing. Action games are really nice to introduce children to a foreign language. Good work, kids!



1 year old class
