St Patrick´s day 2º

In second grade we were remembering who and why they celebrate St. Patrick's Day. We remembered vocabulary, traditions. We heard his story and another one about the leprechauns

And finally we did some activities related to the day.

St Patrick´s day 1º

In the first grade we were talking about St. Patrick. We learnt vocabulary, we talked about culture, traditions, about leprachauns....

And finally we painted some pictures with the typical colour of the feast, green.

VIDEO CALL

As you know, in 6th gade we were preparing a small interview with someone who has lived in different European countries. We had the video call with Alba a couple of days ago. It was a great experience to have the chance to talk in English with her and to learn about lots of things related to cultures, languages, trips... Thanks Alba, we wish you the best.

The sea in a bottle

As part of the second grade project related to water, we have done this activity.

With a recycled bottle, water, oil and some shells, we created the sea inside a bottle.

We were all amazed. This was the result.

We also did  our self-evaluation.

Tangram

 In 2nd grade we are creating our own Tangram game! Tangram is a game of concentration.

When we finish painting and cutting, we can start playing with many funny shapes.  We will show you the result.

FACES

 In arts and crafts, the first graders have created their terrifying faces!! (or not)

we have to cut out the ear, nose, mouth... and glue them where we want them to form a new face.

This is almost the final result!

Rainbow

Our first graders are remembering colors through songs. And they are also drawing a rainbow. We also show you our calendar for morning routines.

USING THE TANGRAM

In 2nd grade have been playing with the Tangram that we created in previous lessons. We were very focused and motivated following the examples and as a result we made many beautiful desings.
