In 2nd grade we have been preparing the carnival.

We did a beautiful masks mixing colours.

Picasso

In 2nd and 3rd grade we have been learning about Picasso.

Wild and sea animals (5 years old)

These days we are working with wild animals. We sing songs, we paint them and also play in the playground.
Each group represents and animal.
Sea animals such as squid, eel, snail, crab, or shark are the ones  we have learned.

Farm animals (4 years old)

These days we are working with farm animals.
We sing songs, we read stories and we also play in the playground.
Each group represents and animal. The most common are cows, ducks, horses, pigs and sheep.

Pets (3 years old)

 These days we are doing activities with pets.
We learn their names, we paint them and we play cats and dogs in the yard.

DRAWING EMOTIONS

Our 1st grade students had an emotional class today. They had to listen to 3 different songs and think about the emotion they felt while listening, and then take a paintbrush and a paper and colour feeling the music and the emotion. Here you have some pictures, can you guess what emotions they were trying to draw?

In 1st grade we were working with a new musical figure, the quarter note.

The clock

In 2nd grade we were doing a clock with recycled material. 

It was very funny and now we will decorate the school!

This week we have been learning the numbers in English from 1 to 100, and what a better way to practice than playing Bingo! We love this game.

SPEAKING

In 3rd grade our students are improving a lot talking in English. They are losing their fear of embarrasment and little by little they are able to talk more and more.

The recorder

In 3rd grade we were learning how to play the recorder.
We are starting this long process but we are doing a good job!
