Mindfulness and Mandalas

 In Arts and Crafts we decided to work on the unit on colour through mindfulness and mandalas. We also took advantage of the fact that the psychology of colour explains the sensations that colours transmit to us; it talks about our tastes or the associations we make according to our mood. 

At the same time, we listened to relaxing music that helps to calm the classroom.

The children made their mandala by paying full attention to the colours, shapes and sensations when colouring.
